Great Customer Service from Nathanuel Phillips
I was assisted by Nathanuel Phillips with getting insurance for my fur babies. Thank you for the clear communication, listening to to my questions and answering with professionalism. He also has a natural way of talking to customers and doesn't sound like he is reading off a script. I hope your manager sees this review. Keep up the good work!!!
