Great Customer Service
It's not often you get to give great reviews but on Friday 22 May I received the best customer service from a young lady at OnePlan, Renee ***ley. I hadn't received my renewed card and Ms ***ley went out of her way and made sure I received the card on the same day. In fact 1 hour after my call to OnePlan I received my card. Great job.....100%
