Great customer service
Cebile Ngubeni deserves a huge promotion and pat on the back. She is extremely friendly and helpful and makes setting up insurance less annoying then it usually is. She was great with getting back in touch with me. Unlike the first person I spoke to that never sent me my quote or bothered to follow up with me. I was a bit annoyed when I first answered they call but Cebile managed to get me in a cheerful mood after chatting to her. Thank you
