Great Customer Service

I recently had trouble submitting claim documents for a Dentist appointment. I was contacted today by a very helpful Cynthia Kekana.

Although I did complain about the Oneplan App not working properly, Cynthia was still polite and professional. She helped to submit my relevant claim document and even gave me a second call to ensure that all was in order.
