I Abigail Isaacs am exceptionally satisfied and happy with the prompt, honest, helpful service I recieved from Keabetswe Lamoen (Portia). Utilizing my Pet Insurance for the first time. I struggled using my APP and left Vet embarrassed. She swiflty assisted me with loading funds to cover my dog Faiths Consultation and follow up appointment. Thank you so very much. Extremely happy and my baby's health is A-okay. This is what Great Customer Service is all about.
