Great Customer Consultant

Please comment Sweetness, the lady who assisted me to get medical insurance for my mom who is 81 years old. She is a SASSA pensioner. She called back numerous times to answer all our questions. Unfortunately my mom still cannot afford this medical insurance. Sweetness was very helpful and understanding. She did not force us into anything. Companies can learn a lot from her regarding customer respect, empathy and care.
