Great customer Care Service from Renee ***ley at Oneplan

I had a query regarding something on my Oneplan Policy. I contacted customer care and a little while later (same day) was phoned back by a lady by the name of Renee ***ley . She did everything she could to assist. She was extremely helpful, courteous, efficient and thorough. Unfortunately she had to refer my problem to the under writer, so I have no idea if it will be resolved favourably as yet. But I give Renee ***ley personally a five star review. Thank you Renee.
