Great call centre experience

This rating is specifically for the excellent call centre communication I had with a oneplan pet insurance call centre agent Sheldon Naidoo . In an age where call centre agents can be painful to deal with - what an amazing experience to chat to this young man . He was knowledgeable, eloquent , detailed , patient, created context and examples and truly such a credit to his company .. there was no hard sell, pushiness or anything negative , just great service, patience and information. I never write reviews - but felt compelled to do so because this was actually something that’s become unusual to experience in SA. Well done and keep it up Sheldon and Oneplan
