Great and Competent Service Received.
Mr Brave Nyirenda was wonderful. He quickly picked up that my email hadn't come through on their end for an urgent claim as our dog needed an operation and phoned me to process all the information. Thanks to WhatsApp, I was able to provide him with the documentation as they were experiencing email issues and he apologized for this, saying they are actively working on the issue. He was friendly and stayed on the phone until all information was processed. He needed to contact the Vet as well and promised to stay active on WhatsApp to ensure me that he is actively working on everything, which he did. Every 2min sending a msg to say he is still there. I felt very reassured by his service and competency. Thank you for training your staff so well, Oneplan! Brave Nyirenda is well informed and great at what he does!!
