Good telephonic comunication from Porcia

I would just like to say that i recieved amazing telephonic responce from Porcia at oneplan. She was so nice and had so much patience answering all my question. She took the time to talk to me even when it was close to her lunch time and yet she didnt rush to drop my call. Keep up the good work Porcia!!!!!!!

i would just like to know how long does it take to get your car fixed after A Bidvest employee crashes into your car? Its been a month and the manager only sent out a pennalbeater to view the damages. what is the procedure coz this is too doggy for me.
