GOOD SERVICE FROM ONEPLAN PET FROM SHAMEEMAH AHMED ABOO

I have been dealing with Shameemah Ahmed Aboo at Oneplan Pet during a very stressful time with my one Dachshund Mandy's illness and hospitalisation. She was there for me when I needed her the most. Every step of the way she undertook to iron out the problems I was having and even phoned me one time to find out how Mandy was progressing. Mandy was admitted to my local vet and then referred to a specialist with back issues and aspiration pneumonia. It was also suspected that she had meningitis but tests ruled that out. Dachshund back injurie are serious and thank God we were able to rest Mandy with medication which resulted in her not having to have a back operation. I have been with Oneplan pet since 2012 and on the whole have had fairly good service from them. However Shameemah went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you Shameemah
