Good service from Melvyn Peterson

My daschund became paralysed and we could not go forward with surgery as most vets want down-payment, I needed about R20 000 for her surgery so we tried conservative treatment and unfortunately she became worse and we had to put her down. Oneplan only pays out up to 14 days after and I do feel that oneplan and vets should make arrangements to avoid this sad situation. I rate Melvyn Peterson 4 stars because of his kindness and willingness to help, even though oneplan could not assist my dog with her sugery on time Melvyn was able to help me with claiming for her other hospital bills and her unfortunate euthanasia. Thank you Melvyn for your compassion and dedication to your work. However I do feel oneplan needs to reach out to Vets and try make arrangements with them so that in future dogs can go for surgery in the interim until payment is received from insurance. I know oneplan is not a medical aid however there are many insurance companies that have agreements with certain businesses.
