Good service from Call Centre agent Tebogo Khosa.

I made an enquiry about medical insurance pricing from One Plan. Tebogo Khosa gave me a call very soon after the wen enquiry. Unlike previous agents from other companies that I have dealt with, Tebogo was no overpowering and demanding. I asked her to give me a chance to review the pricing and check out comparative quotes and asked her to call be back the next day about around 15:00. She kept her promise and phoned me back on time which is a very very big plus in my eyes. She was patient with me and even though I opted to not take medical insurance at this time because what I am actually looking for is a medical aid option that give me cost savings with the same benefits that I currently have with my existing medical aid.
