Good service from a consultant yet bad service from the actual insurance company

I have nothing to say about Oneplan since they cancelled my car insurance and failed to provide me with valid reason as to why they cancelled.

I asked more than 3 oneplan consultants and all they could say was "hold on I need to find out about your policy and than they hand up".

The only lady who actually helped me understand why they are cancelling my insurance was Noxolo Kubheka. She asked me to hold and she never hanged up. She came back to me with good explanation. Her service was excellent it a pity she is working for these ********.
