Good service

I needed assistance with regards to my debit order, I called the call centre and spoke to Tricia Mmotsa she explained that the call centre is very busy but that she will speak to her supervisor and get back to me. She called back with assistance and help me solve my problem. Her call back, help and friendliness was appreciated. I have been dealing with Oneplan for more than a year now and have received excellent service from them for day one. Thank you Tricia for your help
