After filling in the on-screen questionnaire, I was immediately contacted by Melissa Ruado Chiwandire from their call centre, who took me through the application process in a very professional and friendly manner, and sorted the policy. It is refreshing to still find dynamic people in today`s poor, or no service delivery situations. well done!!
