Good service

After having called in 4 times prior to spraking to Sanele Gasela I have had no joy. I kept calling to find out when my card would be delivered because I've paid twice and still no card. The agents prior to Sanele did not inform me that I needed to have a copy of my ID when the courier comes to deliver and Sanele provided me with that information. He even offered to call me everyday until my card was delivered and that put my heart at ease. I finally feel like I actually got the service I need and things look very promising. I'd like to compliment him on his competence and friendly service. I honestly believe that One Plan could do with some more agents like him. Thank you for your excellent service keep up the good work.
