Good morning. I would just like to say to Oneplan. You should get more employees like Thato Lenyanyabedi. I started to loose my confidence in Oneplan due to an outstanding refund that I've been trying to get sorted for weeks. I then eventually got to Thato and he sorted me out in 15min. I just hope that his positive attitude and willingness to help will rub off on the other employees. Well done🌟
