Good day....I was struggling to get a refund on a GP claim. After calling Thato Lenyanyabedi and explaining my problem he send me an email and within a couple of minutes my problem wad solved. Thato is a huge asset for OnePlan!!! Thato keep up the good work!! Thanks Mike Niemand
