Good day Review Team, I would like complement one of your OnePlan Pet Insurance Agents, Rutendo Adelaide. She was very quick with her responses and conducted herself in a professional manner throughout our comms. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to make use of the WhatsApp line and not having to make multiple phone calls or old for an agent. Rutendo further ensured that all POPIA terms were met and reassured me of clauses and terms in my policy. Thank you kindly for the care and support that you offer to your clients! 🙏🏻
