Good day I had a query regarding my oneplan insurance. A lady by the name of Shari Govener reached out to me on a sunday and she helped me quickly and was such a blessing. My query was resolved quickly and i didn't even had to call the call center and i didn't wait at all. She got back to me fast. Thank you Shari and Oneplan for making my life easiar and less stressful. Regards Riaan S
