Good assistance after fights

Thanks to Jozelle Addison from one plan call centre who assisted me excellently after weeks of fighting with the other call centre agents when I tried to get my newborn son loaded onto my policy.

She kept me informed until my issue was resolved and she was always friendly and kind.
