Going the extra mile!
Upon being admitted to the hospital following an accident, I had endless trouble with the xray department who did not want to accept the GOP from OnePlan that had been issued. They were requesting that I pay an amount of R8000 upfront before getting treatment.
I was assisted by a fantastic team which included Luciano Moseleni, Simphewe Vilane and Lillian from the hospital authorizations department. Fantastic service, all staff were very friendly and polite considering the circumstances.
Great job guys and thank you once again for your assistance!
