Going the extra mile

This morning I tried to load a claim online for a GP visit for 8am. There was a technical error and the offices were still closed according to the website. A chat message from one of the consultants popped up asking if I needed assistance. I was very surprised as it was so early. It was Lukeita who offered assistance. She soon found out that One Plan was experiencing technical difficulty when loading claims, however, she kept on trying and eventually a few minutes later I received a reply from her to say that she managed to load the funds. It was nice to see that even though she knew about the technical problems she still kept trying and didn't just leave it for later to be claimed back. Thanks Lukeita!
