GOING IN CIRCLES - DIFFERENT STORIES - ONE DEPT

I DO understand that every service provider has industry or even legislative requirements to comply with but OnePlan is ridiculous!!! <br> 1. My dentist claim was rejected by the underwriters because the stamp was not on the front of the receipt - the stamp was at the back and I copied the stamp for visibility purposes to reflect on the scanned document (what else would make sense if you think about it??? read the previous sentence again!!!). Now, their compliance has turned into prescribing (without communicating) to health professional HOW TO ISSUE RECEIPTS??? <br> 2. If you look at a previous claim I submitted (Dec, 2014, 4th/8th), from the same dentist, with the same details (nothing has changed), with the same receipt and same position of the stamped as copied and scanned, this claim was paid in December and it's almost an exact duplicate of the claim I am submitting now (save the value of the claim). That one was paid and accepted by underwriters while this one isn't. You'd think that some common sense would be app**** considering this history and exact same claim almost, that I DID NOT FORGE OR ***** THE DENTIST'S STAMP to produce a claim of R180 (laughable!).
