Go for it, no regrets.
Kagiso Moseneke is 100% professional, patient and helpful. She helped me through the whole application with decorum and friendliness. She actually made my day with how nice she was, I appreciate you Kagiso. And then the plan vs the benefits, Oneplan clearly goes out of its way to accomodate their clients as well as extremely short waiting periods for benefits to "kick in", more cover for my baby than I initially expected in monetary terms, I can walk into any vet and use my card with zero waiting period for cover pay out. I am not at all disappointed. I hope Kagiso and Oneplan as a whole realize the stress that they've taken off me. Thanks K, you guys are superstars <3
