Giving Oneplan Medical Insurance the benefit of the doubt

Giving Oneplan Medical Insurance the benefit of the doubt. After my horrific experience at a Hospital emergency room yesterday, I was contacted by one of their agents and an apology was given about the wrong decision to decline my admission. I accept the apology, but want to suggest that Oneplan train their emergency admissions personnel to be able to tell when the staff at Hospital admissions are giving the wrong Triage code for an emergency, as was the situation in my case. Some of the hospital admission staff are not trained properly, and the final decision on whether the patient needs to get admitted or not, must be with the well trained personnel of Oneplan. Thank you for the speedy follow up on this misunderstanding.
