Ghosting
Literally just signed up with them for Pet Insurance, after receiving my policy via email I responded with a query regarding my policy, got no response. I emailed ***, got no response. Opened a chat on whatsapp, got no response. Opened a chat on the app, got no response. Been over a week now and I've gotten no assistance
