Full claim covered no hassles!

My big baby boy Duke took it upon himself to just SWALLOW bits of a hoof and bark from a tree. Thursday night 8th August, 7pm we rush him to Tygerberg Animal Hospital and vet did scans, booked him in overnight to keep him on a drip and monitor him. I emailed the OnePlan claim form (filled out by vet) and vet invoice this morning at 10ish to the Oneplan claims department and a few hours later and BAM! They emailed me back to let me know the claim was successful and the money loaded onto my boy's OnePlan insurance card. I emailed the lady back and asked for the funds to be refunded to my bank accout as I already paid the vet on Friday morning (public holiday so didn't bother OnePlan then) and she responded saying no problem. I have only been with OnePlan for 5 months, but what a lifesaver! My dog is literally my child and I rest easy knowing OnePlan has us covered.
