Frustrating Experience with Oneplan: Cancellation Ignored and Poor Communication

I followed all the proper procedures to cancel my medical insurance with Oneplan. I sent the required email and spoke to an agent to confirm the cancellation. Despite this, they continue to attempt to debit my account monthly and send emails threatening to suspend my insurance for non-payment. How can it be suspended when I've already canceled it?

Additionally, their customer service is unresponsive; the provided contact number always goes straight to voicemail.

I would not recommend this medical insurance to anyone.
