FRUSTRATED
I signed up for the medical aid this year, thinking they would be amazing, seen as though i could go to my own doctor and they would pay. When i signed up, i asked a if a contraceptive pill will be paid for, they guy said yes, i then send my claim in and it gets rejected because apparently they don't pay for the pill. This is a good medical aid for the Pets ONLY!!!

As per our telephonic discussion earlier today, contraceptives are a general exclusion on our policies and your were supposed to be informed of this when you enquired about it. The matter is being dealt with internally.
