From the start we have only received amazing service. They have helped me load money onto the OneCard at 23:00 at night if i need to take my yorkie to the vet. And if i pay something from my pocket the claims is really easy and the money is back in your pocket in less than a day. The best thing from OnePlan Pet insurance is that they give you a debit card and load the funds as needed. There is no nonsens of paying now and claiming later like with other pet insurances. Shout out to Karabo Malefetsane, Lebogang Sambo, Africa and Danielle August for assisting me with claims and how to do the claims and just overall friendliness and alot of patience explaining everything to me Thanks guys and keep up the good work
