from happy to frustrated and feeling done in

I am doing this on hello peter because i am hoping I will get the correct response from the correct people. on 20.07 my son broke his nose. I took him to the ER after I saw that it was not good. They saw him in the ER and confirmed the fracture and referred me to an ENT Surgeon. I went to see the surgeon on 26.07 He booked my son for surgery on 07.08 They had to wait for swelling to go etc. I had to pay R1950 for the specialist. Now you are declining this claim as it is out of hospital BUT IT WAS PART OF THE ACCIDENT If it was not a weekend the specialist would have seen him there and then. You are paying a lot of money for the hospital and surgeon etc. But you will not pay the first visit to book the surgery. For me it should be part of the accident emergency room cover.
