From complaint to compliment

<p>After four years of being with One pet, I made my first claim in November last year. Since then, the claim was rejected and I have received countless sms's and emails saying that I owe One Pet money. Now, after calling One Pet about 10 times to try and sort this out (without success) I phoned a final time this morning to cancel my policy. I asked to speak to a supervisor and somehow managed to get through to someone named Larry Smale. This man is the ONLY reason that I am still with One Pet. He managed to do what the entire company could not, for the last EIGHT months!!! And he managed it in five minutes. He deserves big props. Thank you to Larry.</p>
