From bad to best, 5 star treatment
I posted a complaint on Hello Peter because I couldn't reach OnePlan Pet Insurance on the phone. I was contacted with 15 minutes and the assistance and followup recieved from Mereshnie was nothing short of spectacular. My claim was processed and settled promptly, with compassion and professionalism. Thank you Mereshnie!
