Friendly telephone manner

Had a great conversation with Moses who kept me informed correctly and allowed me to ask the right questions with regards to my fur baby and her insurance plan we chose.

I look forward to being apart of one plan pet insurance especially for our fur baby.

Thank You Moses, sad to say but alot of consultants are rude or short and all they want to do is get the business and then shove u off so I appreciate Moses and his telephone manner which was friendly and allowed me as the customer to ask what I needed to know .
