Friendly, polite, knowledgeable sales staff
Razia Yousuf was very friendly and courteous. She was thorough in her explanation of the benefits and was knowledgeable and able to answer all my queries. She made the sign up process as pleasant as is possible with these types of things. My only complaint is that OnePlan need to get their bandwidth sorted on their VOIP lines as the call quality was quite patchy.
