Friendly, efficient and professional service from Kopano Makgeledise. I had a number of requests during our chat, and I could not have wished for better service. I have been with OnePlan pet insurance for almost 6 years now and will continue to highly recommend them. Great product offering, claims and customer service experiences are always exceptional.
