Friendly agents and good customer service however i feel as though the insurance policies does not reflect the what truely needed , even if i cisited an animal hospital, if my animal was not admitted then you dont pay out unless you have the best tier package , its just disappointing when you havent got the money to pay for the animal hospital visit and then claims doesnt give you the money back

Kindly note that should the invoice only reflect diagnostic tests, this will be covered under the day-to-day Casualty benefit up to the respective cover limit that is available on our Classic and Super plan, unfortunately, this benefit is not available on the Hospital plan, and the Hospital plan only covers for in-hospital corrective procedures.

For a claim to be considered under In-Hospital Admission, the invoice must reflect details of an in-hospital corrective procedure. Should a diagnostic procedure result in a confirmed diagnosis the cost of the in-hospital corrective procedure will be reviewed under the authorized Hospital admission cover limit. Certain terms and conditions are always applicable and have to be adhered to and app**** fairly for all clients.
