<p>My wife submitted a request for a quote on my behalf, and a few days later a guy called Kriel Mckinnon called me with the quote details... after going thorugh the details i decide it will not benifit me to take the actual plan he was offerring me, so i declined the qoute also SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE GUY NO. now today i recieve a sms saying that my account will be debited of R 1 415.00. I now have been on the phone from 8am this morning everytime i get to caller no 5/6 the call goes blank. this company are a bunch of ******* no sense of customer service or understanding i have enough call centre expreince to know that no means NO. should my bank account be debited ********LY i will take steps to sue this company as per the C.P.A any company need to have a request or acceptance for any company to debit a customers bank account.TO now still nobody has contacted me.</p>
