For the first time since joining with Oneplan I had some difficulty requesting a refund
For the first time since joining with Oneplan I had some difficulty requesting a refund. I was clearly being given the run around by the consultants. Every time they requested something I gave it then all of a sudden it was something else they needed. No one was assisting. I then sent a message on WhatsApp where finally I was put in touch with Busisiwe Motha who helped me within minutes and my claim was finally finalized. Thank you Busisiwe!
