Five Star Service

Both my French Bulldogs have Oneplan Pet Medical Aid and their service is excellent. Yesterday I contacted the call centre and spoke to Nisha as Max had been for physio and I wanted find out if I could claim. Nisha was very efficient in assisting me. She loaded the claim and all I had to do was upload the invoice and it was sorted. I would highly recommend Oneplan Pet.
