Firstly let me start by saying that, I sent a message via the one plan app requesting to be called back, and it didn’t even take them that long to call me , thank you for that. I was assisted by Nicole Opperman. She explained everything to me so well, I was so lost and confused didn’t know exactly how the policy works in terms of upgrades, waiting period and consultation. She explained so well and it was clear, I’m a bit calm now . Thank you Nicole.❤️
