Find someone better - even if it's more expensive
If you're looking for peace of mind for your vet bills don't bother, these guys won't pay the full hospital fees, cause cash flow problems then still waste your time with the turnaround time to get things resolved

We have reviewed your complaint and we have noted that your fur baby is covered on the Primary plan which offers a cover limit of R1000.00 per annum for Vet visits.
With regards to hospital cover it is up to a cover limit of R15 000.00 per annum. Please take note that claims are reviewed subject to the amount on the invoice plus the applicable excess fees.
This is included in the policy document sent to our clients upon signing up, so that they have knowledge of what the cover offers. We encourage and emphasize reading through the document to understand your selected plan's information and limitations in detail.

14 Mar 2025, 12:49No confusion, the plan was understood from when I took it out. I specifically took this out for peace of mind from hospital cover and not having to fit deposit fees in the event that my dogs were admitted.
After having an incident that resulted in me incurring vet bills over R5K+ in a specific month (out of pocket) with a payout of only R1.2K arriving 20-30 days later.
This is purely to put it into perspective for anyone considering this for the same reasons I have.
The time spent dealing with customer service and the monthly payments just don't justify any value add.
