FINALLY REFUNDED
Thanks to THANESHREE of the claims department i was able to get my refund...THANESHREE is the only one that promised to call me back as the matter was being resolved and actually did. Out of all the people i dealt with THANESHREE is the one that got this problem resolved and resolved timeously. COMPANIES NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE THANESHREE....THANKS
