FINALLY A HELPFUL PERSON

After my struggles with One Plan Health Insurance - I was finally contacted by a Helpful, Competent person.<br> Thaneshree Konar contacted me to help with my claims that hadn't been sorted out in over 2 months.<br> Within 2 days she had feedback and everything was set for payment the following week.<br> <br> Not only did she sort everything out - but she made a follow up as to whether or not we received the payment!<br> One Plan should definitely hire more people like Thaneshree - maybe then people would actually get the proper service they are promised!
