Festive season customer care with love
This must be the most helpful insurance company I have ever had to deal with. Every time I have had to interact with them each agent has been extremely helpful and friendly. However a special mention has to be with regards to my most recent claim, 22/12/2023 we submitted the claim and I only expected it to be attended to in the new year. (Surely most companies are on skeleton staff) My claim was approved 30/12/2023 and the breakdown communicated by a lovely Kim Street. Who even enquired on how our little baby was doing. Thank you Oneplan Insurance and Kim Street.
