Fast, efficient and excellent cover (Pet Insurance)!
I have a policy for pet insurance since early 2023. The OnePlan insurance covered a thorough general annual check-up. During December 2023 my cat got sick and was diagnosed with tick fever the full hospitalisation and follow-up visit was covered and my 'furbaby's' is healthy again. All admin concluded seamlessly through the app and the OnePlan team - the fast and efficient assisance from various persons is highly appreciated - Kim Street, Leeanne Fuhri and the agent on the WhatsApp channel. Thank you OnePlan!
