Fast and friendly service!!!
Today my poor cat had a accident.....her first accident. She's my baby and i was so stressed out. My husband phoned oneplan and tamarine herbert assisted him, helping him through the process. She was so kind and helpful! They immediately paid the vet visit amount to the card. Thank you tammy for your friendly service!
Then also i would like to thank Anele, she kindly assisted me with a quick response on the oneplan app chat,due to the vets card machine was offline and i had to withdraw the amount at the atm to pay the vet bill. I've loaded the atm slip and vets invoice on the app. THANK YOU SO MUCH TAMMY AND ANELE FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I would definitely recommend oneplan to everyone! Hassle free, less stress! So you can focus on your furry baby!
