Cebile Ngubeni was a true professional and her product knowledge showed throughout the call - this was a big decision for our household to make, as we were switching over our insurance for our pets but Cebile was a true professional in every sense of the word - she not only understood our needs as a house hold but also explains everything carefully and took the time to discuss the details with us.
